Rental prices exclude (Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent):

• Security deposit: € 150,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
• Final cleaning: € 80,00
• Administration costs: € 50,00 for arrival/departure on saturday. For arrival/departure on days different from saturday are applied surcharges, you can see the F.A.Q section or the Terms and conditions section, or ask the Agency.

The rental includes:

• Agency fees

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 20,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 30,00.
