In the back yard there is a gate from which you reach the beach in just 30 meters.

Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 200,00 to be paid on arrival. It will fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
Final cleaning: € 90,00

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
