Patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, chairs and outdoor chairs. Supplied umbrellas for the beach. The house is very cool, however, two fans are supplied.

Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 200,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
