Villasimius, Capo Boi, Sa Ruxi Village - Immersed in the greenery, two-storey house with garden and courtyard. On the ground floor we find the kitchenette, living room with air conditioning, TV, dining table and chairs, full bathroom with shower, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, which can be converted into a double bed if necessary. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, which can be converted into a double bed if necessary, with a balcony and a sea view. Outside there is a patio with table, chairs and a splendid sea view , a small garden and an outdoor shower. In a small hallway also, we find the washing machine and the laundry area. In the front yard also, clothesline, barbecue and large parking space for 3/4 vehicles. Pets Allowed. A few hundred meters furthermore, accessible only to condominiums, a shared swimming pool (usable in the months of July and August) and tennis courts. For the current season we do not know if the swimming pool will be open and usable.
The distance from the beautiful beach of Porto Sa Ruxi, easily reachable on foot, is about 300 meters, where there is also a bar with quick meals. The markets, like all services in general, in the town of Villasimius, are about 3 km away.
A few minutes by car also, all the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius: the beach of Simius, Porto Giunco, Campulongu, the Riso beach and the Punta Molentis beach are the main ones in the area, but a little further away, you can find also Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias and Costa Rei.

Rental prices exclude (Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent):

• Security deposit: € 200,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
• Final cleaning: € 100,00
• Electricity: included within € 20.00/week; beyond, € 0.35/unit

The rental includes:

• Utilities (water, gas, electricity within € 20,00/week) and agency costs.
• Beyond the price of the lease and the mandatory costs, nothing else is due to the Agency.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of  € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
