The property is furnished with taste and refinement, attention to detail and luxury finishes.
All the valuable furnishings and equipment are brand new, just purchased specifically for the home.
There are upper level details such as usb wall sockets, burglar alarm, free wifi, high quality linen Zara Home included, table sets, brand new memory mattresses.
Mosquito nets on all windows except french windows.
The outdoor area is characterized by a large shaded garden, a semi-circular relaxation area with cushions and a large parasol, barbecue, patio, 2 parking spaces, electric gate. There will also be a 6-seater outside table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, 2 sun loungers.
The sea can be easily reached on foot, the distance of 250 meters that separates the property from the sandy beach is flat. The beach of Cann'e Sisa is sandy and there are some beach clubs, as well as obviously large portions of free beach.
In the residential complex of Torre delle Stelle there are two commercial areas with markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacy, ATM, medical service, tennis court, basket court, small weekly fruit and vegetable market. The commercial area is in a walking distance.

Additional services available on request:

Extra linen: Additional supplies of linen/towels may be requested, the cost for each supply is € 30.00 for each set (a set corresponds to a bedding for a bedroom: sheets, pillowcases, face towels, shower towels, bidet towels) .
Intermediate cleaning: Can be requested cleanings during the stay, the cost is € 100.00 for each cleaning.
Baby cot: € 50,00 weekly.

Our stay in Villa Marcella was fantastic. The house is very nice, new, modern and clean. Every little thing is at the good place. The garden is just perfect and the behind terrasse is very pleasant.
The host is very sympathetic too.
It's a real pleasure to rent a house like this in Sardignia wehere all the houses are antiquated.
We recommand it!

Il soggiorno a Villa Marcella è stato veramente ottimo!
La villa e il suo interno sono esattamente come nelle foto e si può solo dire che è strutturata benissimo e arredata e corredata in maniera davvero elegante e funzionale fin nei minimi dettagli e consegnata dopo una pulizia assolutamente perfetta (ecco perchè è necessario prendere possesso dopo le 16).
La localizzazione immersa tra alte piante la rende un fresco rifugio nelle giornate più calde e i servizi offerti da Torre delle Stelle (almeno 3 ristoranti/pizzerie nella sua area e 2 piccoli ma riforniti supermercati) rendono semplice il soggiorno;la spiaggia più vicina (Cann’e Sisa) è a davvero raggiungibile rapidamente a piedi,mentre l’altra (Genn’e mari) si raggiunge meglio in auto perchè a circa 1 km:entrambe belle..e poi ci sono le numerose insenature di questa bellissima costa a pochi Km.
Se si dovesse dare un voto sarebbe senz’altro 5stelle!

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 150,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 100,00.
