This is the Zaffiro holiday home, equipped and comfortable, consisting of a large private garden of 3000 square meters where you can relax and sunbathe lying on one of the sun loungers that accompany the garden. In the Zaffiro you will find a comfortable living room with two sofas, table / chairs and complete cooking area, equipped with fridge / freezer, induction hob, electric oven, and dishwasher (you are on vacation and with the dishwasher you will not have to worry about washing by hand. pots and various crockery), there is also an LCD TV with satellite TV. In the living room there is also a 12000 btu air conditioner that cools the whole house, just be careful to keep the bathroom door closed so as not to waste precious fresh air. From the living room, through a hallway you enter the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the double bedroom as well as bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, abatjour, there is an LCD TV with satellite TV. The second bedroom has two wooden bunk beds, which cannot be dismantled and cannot be placed side by side, and obviously the wardrobe. The bathroom is complete, therefore equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, mirror with light, 50 liter boiler. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with French doors from which you can exit directly to the patio, all equipped with mosquito nets, in the bathroom there is a window also with a mosquito net.
But let's move on to one of the most important parts of a holiday home in Sardinia, the outdoor area ... we know that the beauty of a holiday in Sardinia is spending time outdoors, and an important aspect of the house for the holidays is precisely that the outdoor space is well organized and livable. In the Zaffiro we find a large patio that surrounds the house on three sides, so that you always have a shaded space if after a day spent sunbathing by the sea you want a little relaxation in the shade. Under the patio there are 2 outdoor tables and related chairs, one positioned on the north side and one on the south side of the house, so even if it was windy, you always have a table on which to eat away from the wind. In the garden there are also two outdoor showers, one with hot and cold water and the other only cold. Obviously there is another of the things that must be absolutely present in a beach house, the barbecue ... there is nothing more beautiful in the evening when returning from the sea to relax by preparing a nice barbecue to be enjoyed at the table under the patio , accompanied by a good bottle of island wine.
And if one day you don't feel like going to the beach you can simply relax in the garden and sunbathe on one of the sun loungers and stay in the shade reading a good book while relaxing with a drink.
The nearest restaurant is 600 meters away, while at 900 meters you can find a market, an ATM, a pharmacy, some shops, other restaurants, pizzerias and bars, and if you want to try your hand at golf, even a golf course.
The beach that you can reach in 800 meters away is the main one in the Chia area, it is called Su Giudeu or also Capo Spartivento. It is a very long and deep beach, just over a kilometer long and even 90 meters wide, of golden sand, there are several bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and large free areas. The water is obviously crystal clear and turquoise, behind the beach there are 4 parking lots.
Obviously, we also recommend going to see all the other beaches in Chia.

Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except for deductions in event of damages.
Final cleaning: € 100,00
Administration costs: € 120,00
Electricity: Calculated at the end of the rental by counter lecture, € 0,30 per kwh.

Abbiamo trovato una villa in condizioni fantastiche con un giardino splendido e il giusto livello di comodità per trascorrere le vacanze estive in maniera egregia. La distanza per le diverse spiaggette e assolutamente accettabile e molto comodo per arrivarci sia in auto che in bici. Chia è un paesino molto tranquillo. Se proprio vogliamo far presente una cosa meno positiva, allora bisogna dire che c’è poca vita alla sera e manca un tipico lungo mare o centro di paese per andare un po' a passeggiare e a conoscere un po' gente e costumi. Poi devo assolutamente menzionare il servizio e la gentilezza di Annalisa, la Signora che ci ha assistito per le chiavi e tutte le cose riguardanti la casa e il resto. Comunque un grande complimento a voi tutti per l’eccellente servizio e la documentazione. Grazie mille ancora una volta per la vostra gentile disponibilità e per averci permesso di trascorrere vacanze di questo livello.

il nostro soggiorno presso la vostra struttura è stato ottimo, se dovessimo dare una valutazione sarebbe sicuramente 10/10.
La posizione della casa strategica, vicina alle spiagge più belle della baia di Chia, facilmente raggiungibili (realmente a soli 800 m), in auto o a piedi, natura incontaminata, tranquillità e un mare superlativo da perderci le ore ad ammirarne la bellezza.
Spiagge ampie con alternanza di lido e spiaggia libera.
La casa eccezionale, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, zanzariere a tutte le finestre, tele in cucina e in camera da letto, phon e ferro da stiro, le lenzuola al nostro arrivo sapevano di bucato.
L'esterno eccezionale, molto curato, un grande prato tutto pianeggiante, doppio portico con tavoli per mangiare, lavatrice, barbecue e doppia doccia esterna.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, peccato starci solo 10 gg.

Nella proprieta' Zaffiro abbiamo trascorso dei giorni molto belli. Abbiamo alloggiato li dal 26.05 fino al 04.06.22
La casa e' attrezzata di tutto quello che serve. Giardino splendido e molto grande.
La zona dove si trova la casa e' molto tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze tantissime spiagge splendide.
Ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili con 2 minuti di macchina. Al Bar Mongittu (Incontro) si comprano delle Brioche buonissime.

L'abitazione ed il contesto in cui si trova offrono un relax impareggiabile... dotata di tutto quello che si può richiedere per trascorrere giorni di relax.... posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali spiagge e le principali città.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.
