Margherita holiday home, a few steps from the sea (about 80 meters), in a small private residential complex, guarded, quiet and reserved. The property has a large garden with lawn and parking space, the convenience of two outdoor showers, one of which is hot / cold, a barbecue. From the garden you can access to a large patio in a raised position, framed by tents, where there is a table and chairs, ideal for lunches, dinners and breakfast outdoors, or even simply to relax in the shade with a good book and a drink.
The patio leads to the living room with air conditioning, kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, TV. From the living area you can access (through a small hallway where an air conditioner is positioned to cool the sleeping area) to a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with mosquito nets and there is the wifi.

Rental prices exclude (Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent):
Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. Will be refunded at the departure, except in presence of damages.
Final cleaning: € 80,00
Administration costs: € 50,00 for arrival/departure on saturday. For arrival/departure on days different from saturday are applied surcharges, you can see the F.A.Q section or the Terms and conditions section, or ask the Agency.
Electricity consumptions included within 100kwh per week (€ 30.00 per week): Beyond the indicated threshold they are not included and will be calculated at a cost of € 0.30 per kwh.

The rental includes:

Utilities (electricity included within 100kwh per week corresponding to € 30.00 per week, water, gas).
Agency costs.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
