The area consists of villas around the area, immersed in the pine forest and surrounded by extensive gardens of Mediterranean bush. The first houses that make up the town of Chia are located about 700 meters away. Adjacent to the property in question, there is a small apartment (Emma Dependance, 1 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room) that it can be rented alone or with the main cottage reaching the number of 8 sleeps plus sofa bed.The house is situated in an isolated position, away from the hustle and bustle.

Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
Final cleaning: € 80,00
