In Chia, an enchanting seaside area 50 kilometers from Cagliari, we find the detached holiday home Elisa, surrounded on four sides by fenced land of 600 square meters. The nearest beach is 250 meters from the property and can be easily reached on foot. The property enjoys a position and context that give it privacy and tranquility.
The house consists of a living room with dining table, sofa, air conditioning; separate kitchenette complete with oven, fridge / freezer, microwave; double bedroom with air conditioning, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom. The external part is characterized by a large patio with an outdoor table.

There are two markets nearby, the closest is 100 meters away, while the second is 500 meters away.
The location of the property allows you to reach the two closest beaches Sa Colonia and Su Portu, and the two markets and bars.
In both beaches there are kiosks and bars where you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, but there are also large areas of free beach.

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
