The Agata holiday home is located in a small private residential complex, very quiet and reserved, fenced and guarded, a few steps from the sea. The property consists of a living room with kitchenette complete with sofa, table and chairs, sink, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, TV; a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe; a bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe; full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. In the small hallway between the living area and the sleeping area there is an air conditioner that cools the entire house. There are mosquito nets on all windows and French doors. The external part is characterized by a large front patio with curtains, table and chairs, armchairs, sofa. A rear area with wooden beam gazebo, table and chairs, work area equipped with sink and built-in barbecue. Large hot/cold outdoor shower. The garden is well-kept, on several levels, a front part with lawn, a side area with shrubby vegetation, and an elevated rear level where there is a relaxation area equipped with a swing, sun lounger, table and chairs, small barbecue.
In the basement there is a small apartment used by the owner on weekends. The house is completely independent from the basement, the only thing in common is the entrance gate. The car can be parked on the street in front of the property or in the private parking area inside the residential complex.

Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
Final cleaning: € 100,00
Administration costs: € 60,00 for arrival/departure on saturday. For arrival/departure on days different from saturday are applied surcharges, you can see the F.A.Q section or the Terms and conditions section, or ask the Agency.
Electricity: Payment of the consumption of electrical energy calculated at the end of the rental by counter lecture, € 0,40 per unit.

La villetta è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde, molto curata e ben tenuta. Soluzione ideale per chi ha bambini. Spaziosa, fornita di tutti i confort. Bellissimi gli spazi esterni per fare la colazione e la cena in tutta tranquillità.
Posizione ottima, si può raggiungere a piedi in pochissimi minuti una piacevole spiaggetta appartata, altrimenti in 5 minuti di automobile si arriva a meravigliose spiagge attrezzate
E poi i proprietari sono due persone squisite! Ritorneremo sicuramente da loro!!

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
