Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
Final cleaning: € 80,00
Administration costs: € 50,00 for arrival/departure on saturday. For arrival/departure on days different from saturday are applied surcharges, you can see the F.A.Q section or the Terms and conditions section, or ask the Agency.

Obligatory weekly change.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
