In the beautiful area of Cala Sinzias, within a newly built residential complex at a distance of 500 meters from the sandy beach of the same name, we find the Oleandri holiday home, in an elevated position. The property consists of a large living room with kitchenette, dishwasher, TV, sofa bed (single bed), 6-seater table, large full-height French windows with direct access to the patio and outdoor dining area. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the hallway between the living and sleeping areas. In the photo gallery there are photos of the bedrooms as they were previously prepared, as soon as they are available we insert the photos of the new arrangement described a few lines above, same thing for the sofa bed that is different from the one in the photo gallery. The external part is characterized by a patio with outdoor table and chairs, which overlooks the garden.
Below the property there is a basement that can be used by the owners. Access to the basement is external to the house, located at the rear of the property. The tower above the property is not part of the rental. In case of use of the basement, the owners do not pass into the portion of the garden in front of the patio used by the guests.
The famous beach of Cala Sinzias is a long sandy beach where there are several beach bars (where you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas, have lunch, dinner and enjoy an aperitif at sunset) but also large portions of free beach. One of the bars is located in the portion of the beach accessible from the road that leads from the residential complex to the beach. The stretch of road from the entrance of the complex to the beach is paved, level, and shaded by tall trees.
The nearest market is 2 km away. In addition to the famous beach of ​​Cala Sinzias, the area is also famous for the numerous additional beaches of Villasimius, Cala Pira, Costa Rei. Villasimius is 12 km away and is the main tourist urban center of the south east coast, there are numerous beaches as well as the main services of a town with a tourist vocation. Costa Rei and its long beach are 6 km from Cala Sinzias. In the area of ​​Villasimius there is also the protected marine area of ​​Capo Carbonara.

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.

Electricity: to be calculated on check out by counter lecture, € 0,30 per kwh.

La nostra vacanza direi sia andata molto bene. Il posto ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Abbiamo trovato un mare stupendo.
Il villaggio è molto grazioso … si capisce che è di recente costruzione perché non c’ è tantissimo verde comunque molto carino . anche l’accesso alla spiaggia è veloce sono proprio 5 minuti a piedi. Molto silenzioso ..l’animazione del villaggio vicino quasi non si sente.
Per quanto riguarda l’immobile all’interno le foto rispecchiano quanto abbiamo trovato. Essenziale e pulito. Solo il giardino pensavo fosse più grande.. ma per noi andava bene anche così.
 

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
