Ad inizio di Settembre , appoggiandosi alla "Sardinia rent and sell" abbiamo soggiornato in un bellissimo immobile a uso abitativo sito in Cala Sinzias.
Immobile denominato "Elena" di pregevole fattura e dal giardino esclusivo . Casa Elena che fa parte di un grazioso residence che dista circa 400 metri dal mare. Devo dire che siamo stati più che soddisfatti della scelta fatta , dotata di un bellissimo portico , doccia esterna , giardino curatissimo , interni spazioni carini e funzionali ( unica pecca , manca la lavastoviglie) e per qualsiasi problema , come referente avevamo la sign.ra/na Anna sempre disponibile e attenta.... Che dire...consigliatissimo.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
