In the heart of the renowned tourist area of Cala Sinzias, 500 meters from the beautiful beach with the same name, we can propose in a private residential complex, the holiday home Dei Fiori, detached, characterized by a well-kept garden and hedges that separate it from the gardens of the other houses. The external part is also characterized by a large patio of about 20sqm enriched by white curtains, an outdoor sitting area consisting of a sofa and two armchairs, an outdoor table and chairs, a rocking sofa; all to create a relaxation area to relax in the shade of the patio to laze in the company of a good book, an aperitif, for an outdoor breakfast or dinner, or even for the tireless who have to do some work task from the laptop ( thanks to free wifi). The interior consists of a living room with kitchenette, large French windows, TV, linear kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, pots and pans, table / chairs, sofa. From the living room, through a small hallway (where there is an air conditioner that cools both the sleeping area and the living area) you access the two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a second bedroom in which there are 2 bunk beds (therefore 4 single beds), for a total of 6 sleeps; bathroom with shower. Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to smoke inside the house and throw ash and cigarette butts in the garden. Free wifi. The camping cot and the child seat are included free of charge and are supplied upon request.
Under the building there is a basement independent from the house, which is not part of the rental and can be used by the owners. Usually the use by the owners is limited to weekends or in any case for a few days. The leased house / garden has no common use parts with the basement and the entrances are separate.

Getting to the beach is very simple, from the complex along a straight road, asphalted (the last stretch near the beach is an unpaved road) and flat, which in about 500 meters leads to the large sandy beach of Cala Sinzias, more precisely to the part of the beach near the renowned Is Fradis beach club. The beach of Cala Sinzias is characterized by large areas of free beach and by some beach clubs where it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent:

Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will be fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
Final cleaning: € 80,00

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
