Rental prices exclude (Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent):

• Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
• Final cleaning: € 80,00
• Agency costs: € 50,00 for arrival/departure on saturday. For arrival/departure on days different from saturday € 100,00.

The rental includes:

• Utilities (water, gas, electricity)
• Beyond the price of the lease and the mandatory costs, nothing else is due to the Agency.

On-demand services:

• Linen/towel rental

 - € 35.00 per week for each master set, consisting of top sheet / bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 face terry towels, 2 shower terry towels.

 - € 18.00 per week for each single set consisting of top sheet / under sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 face terry towel, 1 shower terry towel.

Weekly change is mandatory, as required by the industrial laundry that supplies the sets.

• Rental of camping cots / cribs / high chairs per table:

  - € 20.00 per week for each individual item.

Waste and recycling: Waste recycling is compulsory in Italy. The tenant must ensure to follow the appropriate recycling scheme which is explained on arrival. Failure to comply to the scheme will result in a penalty of  € 50,00.

Hob/oven, fridge, crockery, pots and pans, fireplace/barbecue (when present): Tenant are responsible for the final cleaning of the above items. Failure to do so, will result in the payment of an additional cleaning charge of € 50,00.
