Rental prices exclude (Following services are obligatory and must be added to the amount of the rent):

• Security deposit: € 400,00 - to be paid on arrival. It will fully refunded on departure, except in event of damages.
• Final cleaning: € 80,00
• Admin costs: € 50,00 for arrival/departure on saturday. For arrival/departure on days different from saturday € 100,00.
• Electricity: Payment of the electrical consumption is calculated at the end of the rental; € 0.50/unit.

The rental includes:

• Linen and towels (provided by the owners), utilities (water, gas) - Electricity is not included and will be calculated at the end of the rental.  
• Beyond the price of the lease and the mandatory costs, nothing else is due to the Agency.

Rental of camping cots / cribs / high chairs per table:
